Hi guys, my name is Ann Garcia-Stevenson and I am the Director here at McNeese Student Housing. We have a variety of options for you to choose from. Two bedrooms to six bedrooms, whether you want to be with a lot of people or you just want to be by yourself. Whatever it is we have what you need right here at McNeese. We encourage you to go online and fill out the application. It's very flawless and seamless and all you have to do is put in your information. If you have any questions at all, you can always call McNeese housing at 475-5606, and we'll be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have. There are a lot of benefits to staying on campus. We have the laundry facility here, you don't have to park or find a place to park, you can stay where you're at, walk from your dorms and go to your class. Everything you need is right within walking distance. We have a laundry facility and we also have a brand new state of the art clubhouse that we just unveiled last semester. So we have everything you can think of that's your home away from home and we really want to encourage you guys to come in and check us out and just see what works best for you. We just want to let you know here at McNeese is that your safety is our top priority. We have taken the necessary precautions to fight COVID-19. We have sprayed every single unit with the electrostatic sprayer and we have also had the housekeeper's clean from top to bottom. So whenever you walk into your room, you'll find a tent similar to this, and that just says that we have done everything we can to clean that room. And the risk is up to you. Are you looking to find your lifelong best friends? Or coming in with some already? Then check out the Courtyard Suite, six bed two bath option. You have the choice of a semi-private room where you can share with another student or a private room if you want your own space. There's a twin XL bed, desk, chair, drawer, and closet space for all. In the middle, you'll find a fully furnished living room area. In this option you'll find two full sized bathrooms with a double vanity on the outside.
Are you interested in networking and meeting new people from different backgrounds and majors? Then Collette Hall is the option for you. In this unit, you can choose to have a semi private option or have the unit all to yourself without private options. In this unit, you'll have two beds, two desks, and two dressers.
Are you interested in a longer stay or a bigger space? Check out our Garden Style four bed two bath option. In this layout you'll find a fully furnished living area, a full size kitchen, and washer and dryer. Each room comes with a full size bed, desk, chair, and drawer. Everything you need in one.
If you are interested in being amongst an elite group of students, then Burton Hall is for you. With this option, you will be required to have a 3.25 GPA and an ACT score of a 22 or an SAT score of at least a 1020. In this unit, each student has their own private room. You will have a twin size XL bed, a desk, chair, and a night stand.
Need more privacy? If so, check out our two one suite. In this option, you'll share with only one other person. Each room will come with a twin XL bed, desk, chair, drawer, and closet space. There's also a full size bathroom with a double vanity. You'll also find a fully furnished common living area just for the two of you.
We also offer a two bed one bathroom option inside of Burton Hall. With this option each student has their own bedroom. Each bedroom would have a twin size XL, a desk, a chair, and dresser. Students would also share the living and bathroom area.
